I think it's actually 25 at Walmart. :D I use that one, I really REALLY love it. :) After awhile of use, they start taking longer to turn on, but they are small, compact, and work really nicely! Plus the lamination sheets come in various sizes too. :)

I use mine a *ton* It's great because you can pull it out quickly and laminate nicely with it. The full sized sheets don't offer as much thickness as the smaller sheets. However, I do not recommend putting bristol board on top of cardstock if you do something with scrapbook paper, like I do. :P It doesn't laminate quite as well. D:

I was mostly thinking of working with the 5x7 inch sized sheets, badge and ACEO sized ones, I guess. xD But man, just having a laminator will be handy.
Oh, I don't work too much with bristol, but I was thinking of stacking cardstock- er, that is, making collage sort of stuff, just two to three cardstock thicknesses. Do you think that would be okay with the laminator? I want to try out some cut-out-shape ideas, and I'd rather have them laminated than risk them falling apart, haha. xD

You might want to go with a thinner paper than cardstock, since it seems not want to laminate fully with more than 2. What kind of paper do you work with?

I usually work with cardstock, occasionally with various types of paper. I have some origami paper that has patterns on it that I can use, I think...

That will work fine. :) Scrapbook paper now at Hobby Lobby, JoAnn's and other such paper usually have a really nice stock of patterned thin paper that goes on sale time to time too! I like paper a lot. XD

Ooo, I totally forgot about that! It's been a little while since I went scrapbook shopping. xD I got nice patterned paper, but it's thick like cardstock. I'm going to have to visit the JoAnn's I have nearby to get some more thinner paper. xD

i use the cold laminating pouches i like them since i have better control over how it laminates aka no melting and such and the plastic is thicker and side by side the heat ones have not held up as good as the cold ones

That's interesting - I've heard about the cold lamination but I don't really know much about it. I'm going to have to read up about it. Thanks for the info! :3

np they cost the same as the hot lamination you just dont need the machine easy for cons at the very least lol

I think I might pick up some of these cold laminating pouches, just to have for quick laminating jobs. They sound so handy! xD
