Thanks to everyone to tried to help and let me know their thoughts. I appreciate all the support you guys have givin me. Again I uninstalled, reinstalled photoshop with no luck. My mate Rally had me download the new drivers again for my tablet and suggested downloading an old one to try if the new one didn't work. I shown him I downloaded the new driver but did so anyways just saying "See? Its making a copy, I tried it yesterday" (Though like I said, I was willing to try anything anyone suggested. I dont want to over look anything.) Installed the new driver. Reset as before. Tried SAI, worked fine there as usual. Loaded up Photoshop and it worked. It actually worked.

To make sure I reset everything and yes, it still works. Perhaps the new drivers didn't download correctly and left something vital out? I don't know for sure. But it works and I am very happy *stores driver away for safe keeping*.

Soon I will start posting more streaming info and start everything back up again!
