Organized religion, I think. Give any organization enough power, and they start making enemies just for a reason to keep fighting.

Christianity, prime example. I mean, look at their history. The good Christians are amazing people, but they are FAR outnumbered by the people who are, basically, warmongers.

You know how I feel on THAT subject...*sighs*~but I need to learn to walk beside them...even though I would be tempted to throw marbles at there feet.

There are other cute videos that stem off of that one. Like "Tiger Makes Friends With Dog" and "Dog Adopts a Panther Cub."

All with the same message my friend...they look beyond the surface~and simply enjoy the love.

My old dog, who was a female toy poodle, actually became a mother to my cat, who was a very young kitten at the time. I guess even after being spaded that she still wanted to be a mother. When we brought the kitten home, she took care of him and even started producing milk so he could nurse from her. It was amazing to see. I couldn't believe it. That shows another message of how even if our children may be different from us for any reason, like adoption or being the "black sheep," we can still love them for who they are.

As I have been taught from a very young age...Nature finds a way.

Centuries of conflict based on superficial stuff, like race, religion, things like that, that some people just can't let go of, even if it happened hundreds of years ago, I think. Animals don't have anything like that. Heck, that could be a reason why some of us are furries... we're accepting of many other people that are, in a lot of ways, quite different from us, just like those two.

I salute those two... if only all of humanity could be like that, as well.

Thanks Dragon, its no surprise to me that you took from this the deeper message that underlies here. Sadly I'm guilty of intolerance on some levels, especially when it comes to blind devotion to an archaic belief cast...but I'm working on that~

Agreed...I sometimes feel that the sight/hearing impaired are the most enlightened ones of us all...
they have to rely strictly on there instincts to guide them.
