I got a job as a hostess at Applebee's!
I like it so far, way better than Toys R Us but this could change XD
Having a job has done loads for my self-esteem. I'll probably break out of my little art block soon here as well.
Tomorrow I'm going to a reptile expo with
seely and 
draklerahl. Some of you may already know, my Kenyan Sand Boa escaped several months ago over the course of Anthrocon. I tore the apartment apart, but he was absolutely nowhere. I left out pinkies and water and his heat pad, but he never came back. I'm a little annoyed because the people who sold him to me told me he wouldn't physically be able to escape because he's so small and a digging/ground snake. Well, they were wrong.
I'm planning on trying to pick up a hognose snake tomorrow. They're roughly the same size so I can use the same setup. I'm pretty excited, though Diglett will be my 3rd snake that's escaped because of a faulty cage. Pretty annoying and frustrating, but.. I mean I gotta live and learn, you know?
Anyways just thought I'd update you with my life! A few weeks ago I spent a week in Florida with my family, and I got FRECKLES on my face! It makes me so happy, I've always wanted freckles, that's why I gave them to bowrll. B3

What's faulty about your cage, exactly? I never can understand how they escape from most modern tanks, they're pretty secure (mine especially, since I accidentally bent the lid so it takes a little muscle to get it out >_>)
This cage didn't have any clips on it, which was STUPID of me, but I believed the guy who sold it to me because I didn't even think he was long enough to reach the top even if he stretched his whole body out. I really have no clue as to how he got out, he must have made a good effort. He was tiny.
I'll look into a juvenile :o oh man D: forcefeeding snakes is NOT fun. Luckily I've never had to do it :<

Sad to hear on the snake escape.. hmmm maybe you can use to ductape to help keep it down? of course insuring that air can still get in..
