Ah... have you had a Tetanus shot lately?

If not, I would get one within 3 DAYS of stepping on a nail (rusty or not). Lock-jaw (Tetanus) is serious shit; everyone needs a booster every 10 years.

I'm deadly serious!

Glad to help. Seriously though, double check my friend.

My youngest brother just did the same thing you did (stepped on a nail and a rusty one at that) at his workplace at Lake Tahoe, only to discover he did not have a booster.

He got the shot in the 3 day window, and he's fine. But double check to be on the safe side. A phone call is all it takes
