August is over Already?

These past few months have felt long and fast at the same time. I know that sounds off a bit but that the kind of weird feeling I am having. I wish I did more things this summer on my own. On the good side this summer was better than last summer. Which I did nothing but have crappy jobs that made me feel like crap.
Tomorrow is the first and I have a job interview for a state job. It may be part time but it will have benefits. I been trying to clear my head for the past week for this job and little things have been popping up and I have been doing what I can to deal with them but I need to stay on task.
For example over the weekend I worked on my families house projects, not by choice. One of the many negative things one deals with when you live at home. The think your not doing anything important, come out here and paint the deck.
Worst of all I tried to follow that workout program PX90. It kicks your butt!!! I hurt my upper legs and arms last Monday and Tuesday. I couldn't move right for just about the rest of the week. Thank god for BENGAY!! I am a little better now but I need to do some work out here and there to build up my straight.
So I am at the point i am tired of working with my t-shirt guy thats local to me. He kind of treats me like crap, he loves to do all the work in coral Draw and nothing more. I am tired of driving out to him just to take a shirt home just to copy. My time is valuable and I am not going to drive hr just to grab a shirt he can just scan and e-mail me.
So there is this website called 99 design. Is a contest website for designs related to web, print, clothing and coding. My one friend got me on it due to she used it in the past week to make a good bit of money. I look at this site as a good way to improve my portfolio and make some money. Its better than trying to low ball a price on those damn freelance sites.
Right now I am doing this design for Pittsburgh Steelers and the winner gets 300 bucks. For a while I was in the lead of the design till yesterday. Some guy comes out at the last min to add an extension so he can submit his designs.
His designs are impressive but they look like they have too much shit on them. It seems to be a contest between me and him now. I want to blow him out of the water on this and rubit in my t-shirt guy face to show him that my designs are worth more than 50 bucks!
