I say stuff..
Ok so if i were to do a generic line art
then offer free colorings to practice my color skills would anyone want one?
i would probably modify each one to fit each char but they would all have the same base
any other ideas as to how to improve my color skills?

I have a few badges, etc. of my fursuit, but that's not my real fursona- so I would LOVE to have Loki done! Besides, I think that'd make a nice line art, what with the mask, ringtail & sleeves...
For coloring, you definitely want to start with good lighting- 3-point lighting often gets greats results. Then consider the color of the lighting, which will have a tremendous impact on how the base colors reflect it. Subtlety, consistency and contrast are three very good keys to master first.
Hope this is helpful
- wanders off to see if there are any raccoons in her old drawings to revamp-
-hugs- i miss you snakey
But if you want something generic, how about a grey tomcat with some headphones?
Miss you too, kitty. *hugs back*
