I can't help but think there's some inrony in this I'm not seeing even though its really apparent.

Maybe its because societies norms dictate that being around others is normal and being alone is seen as something "bad." For me its something of the opposite where I've been alone my whole life (or felt that way) and I'd like to be in the company of others I can relate to more then not, though I admit I am a very introverted person. Also on another note, I cannot go to the movies alone.

Imeant more like what "alone" really means. At the start I was kinda like "well yeah, the bathroom obviously... wait, what? Movies? Library? Restaurants? Are you fcuking kidding me? What's going on?" I suppose its possible to be "alone" in a big crowd, but I'd nail down a lot of that stuff as being self-sufficient more than anything else, since you'd probably have to talk to people anywyas to get anything done. As for myself I've always been introverted and in most ways I can't survive without it.

I'm sometimes that way as well. Many times I can be alone for days without any issue.

This is a very good way to look at being alone. I think that I probably have a problem being alone because I love the company of others. I'm a born people person and I don't seem to have many people around me. I've been alone most of my life, and I can find it enjoyable, however, there's a time for being alone, and a time for being in company. I just have had waaaaaay too much of one and not enough of the other.
