Yes I use ebay and even sell stuff sometimes...or rarely. I forgot to read the silly policy on listings (probably because they read like a legal document) and borrowed a photo...well borrowed the photo from this listing

Not the best picture, but it showed the product I had and I could tell by the look of the card it wasn't the actual picture of what he was selling either and that he had likely borrowed it as well....They removed my listing......WTF... no warning...no please change your picture or nothing...so I took this picture and put it in my listing here

lol...yeah, I know its almost the same, but I wanted to make the point that mister complainers picture wasn't exactly an original nor special in any way....I think the contrast level of mine is better anyway.
I know he complained about intellectual rights violation on it, but really isn't this carrying intellectual rights a bit to far, I can understand enforcing such laws when it comes to games, programs, movies and other such complicated and difficult to compile media that someone worked their arses off on....but a simple F*ing product picture and not even a professionally done setting???? Holy $#!T its time people grew up and quit playing the 3 year old's "its mine" game.

OP
thank you, I am glad someone else wonders that. I don't know for sure he borrowed it too, but I do know that he is selling it as used and using a new photo...there is no way the one in that photo of is used because there are no insertion marks on it. I shouldn't be so accusatory, but I'm just pissed at how stupid it is to make such a big deal over a basic photo of a product.
