Hope she approves. :3
P.S. I changed Werewolfism to Lycanthropy, and Height to Stature. Hope you don't mind. :p
Original cause of "Lycanthropy":
Ancient pact with a powerful wolf spirit.
How can one become a werewolf?:
1) Form a pact with said animal spirit.
2) Hereditary. The pact alters the DNA of the host, carrying the genes on a dominant allele.
3) Can also be transmitted through mating. [I liked this idea. > w <]
Lifespan:
Roughly 1.5 times the average human lifespan. They age slightly slower than the average human, though still remaining spry in their older years.
Mortality:
Their immune systems are resilient to most all canine and simian virus and disease, save few such as H1N5 and Wisteria. Their metabolisms are also greatly increased, leading to near instant recovery from wounds. However, this increases their need for food and water. All of this aside, they can be killed like any other mortal being.
Intelligence/self control:
Intelligence amongst Lycans is similar to that of humans; that is to say their recieve and retain information in similar ways. Due to their Lycan DNA, however, cerebral activities such as reaction time and sensory reception, and cerebellar activities such as motor skills, are tenfold greater than that of humans. Self control amongst the kin, however, takes much willpower. Because of their genetic composure, they are highly instinctual; however, their rationality and will are much stronger. Controlling the urge to give in to ferality takes intense mental stability. As such, some Lycans go feral with their first shift, remaining so until death. It is practically impossible to regain sanity once one has gone feral, resulting in some packs having to hunt down their own, and slay them.
Stature:
Lycan's statures will determine their rankings amongst the pack. Though it is unfair, the pack will only rely on the largest as their warriors, a factor decided by genetics.
Lycan Hunters, when fully grown, are generally 6'0" to 6'5" in height, with imposing, muscular frames. They are usually the warriors of the pack, falling in the middle of the hierarchy. When shifted, they are generally 6'5" to 6'10" tall [on hind legs], their musculature increasing rationally with their size.
Lycan Scouts, when fully grown, size up to 5'10" at most, their frames remaining lithe and lean. They are usually lower in the pack's heirarchy, but on occasion will be found higher up in the ranks than most Hunters. When shifted, they are generally 6'0" to 6'5" tall [on hind legs], their musculature remaining lean. Their speed is unmatched.
Fur Colours:
The pack's fur colours, when in wolf form, will rely greatly upon the original pact. Whichever species the original wolf spirit was will determine the general colour and pattern of the pack's fur. This goes for hair colour as well, though this is instead affected by the original two werewolves of the clan [male and female]. Cross-breeding amongst packs gives more genetic variation, but most packs despise cross-breeds.
Main Weapon:
When in their human and half-human [wolf eared and tailed] forms, they rely mostly upon their claws, seeing as their maws are not big enough to do severe damage. When in their shifted form, they rely greatly on their teeth, but still find use for their claws.
Preferred Food:
It greatly varies amongst packs and breeds. Most prefer meats such as deer, rabbits, and fish, but a select few packs try to practice vegetarianism, feasting only on plant-life. These packs are extremely uncommon.
Run on all fours or two?
When in their human and half-human forms, they tend to run on two legs. Only few Lycans will run on all fours in these forms. However, when they are in their Shifted form, all will run on four legs; their anatomy makes it difficult to even stand on their hinds legs when shifted.
Body Type:
[See Stature]
When in human and half-human forms, Hunters tend to stand upright and valiant, whilst scouts generally tend to slouch or walk hunched.
Lifestyle:
They see no need for human extravagances, leading them to live as nomads, wandering the wilds through the cover of forest. Though they generally spend their time equally between half-human and shifted [spending rarely any on full-human], they live mainly as wolves do, minus a few human aspects such as religion [only in a few packs; such as Wicca and Dianicism (purely female packs), and shamanism (most common)].
Forms:
Human - This form is generally only used to integrate into human society for certain necessities, or to hide their true forms from any nearby humans. They suffer from slightly diminished senses and motor skills when in this form.
Half-Human - This form is generally used when simply lounging with the pack. They grow wolf ears and tails, offering better stability than most, and improved senses and motor skills as stated earlier.
Shifted - This form is generally used when hunting or traveling quickly. They take on the form of their wolf, with only a few humanistic features. They cannot talk whilst in this form, instead communicating emotionally and through motion.
Shifting Cause:
Lycans shift through thought; they simply will their bodies to change, and their bodies respond accordingly. They can shift as many times as they see necessary, but overuse of their shifting abilities can cause great physical and mental stress that call for hours of rest to recover. The Full Moon will augment their strengths and abilities, whilst the New Moon will ever so slightly diminish them.
Shifting Process:
When half-shifting, a stinging pain is felt as the tailbone extends and the ears restructure, but it only lasts as long as the shift does. Full shifts are excruciatingly painful, as bones, muscles, and tissues set and re-set, but after a while the pain becomes unnoticeable, almost routine. It takes about 2 seconds to shift between human and half-human, and roughly 3 to 5 seconds to fully shift, requiring mastery to accomplish whilst running.
Abilities Retained In Human Form:
Though their sensory reception and motor skills are diminished to human levels, their reaction time still remains with them.
Physical Traits Retained In Human Form:
Their eye colours will remain the same throughout every stage of their forms. Their hair colour, depending on what breed, their pedigree, etc, is subject to change, but will generally remain similar to that of their fur.
Any Mortal Enemies:
They tend to despise humans.
Loners, or Pack-Animals?
Few Lycans will chose to roam alone, seeing as their is great safety within the pack, but those who do will usually have a good reason to leave. Few are ever expelled from the pack's ranks.

I think it's pretty cool to see the differences between peoples views on supernatural monsters. Especially since most choose to make their lycanthropes pretty damn badass, whereas mine are so... mortal and short-lived xD
And at least they don't fall in love with babies.
And uh, I lost you here ._. Huh?
Accursed series is accursed.
