I have year round allergies almost. The only time I don't suffer is mid winter. :(


And mine are just as severe as yours ;-;

What are allergies

Here here! Me and my husband live in Nashville, which is basically a giant bowl of allergens. Seriously, people will say around here that they are allergic to Nashville. We're surviving though, but we also have 3 air purifiers in our house. (Although when we only had one, it was an amazing amount of help!)

I get the occasional bout of Hayfever sometimes. Living in rural england doesn't help with the pollen around...

Anyway, I just take 3-4 paracetemol and it nukes any sniffles I have.

I too hate your alergies :D j/k but then again I should so I do errrrrrrrr anyhow have a drink on me to misery to a bad nerve system.

i get them sometimes if theres crap and such in the air it bugs the hell out of me.so im halfway there with u XD or if the air gets dry

Been there pal, i spent years dealing with dust and birch pollen (In front of my school there was an entire row of them, all along the street, you can imagine how many nice springs i've passed....).
I went on for 6 years of vaccine to make it bearable and by then i already moved to high school -_-.

i love the winter season :D , only time of the year i don' have to walk around with a backpack of tissue paper for blowing my nose with :P

I take Claritin and my allergies disappear! :D

I have to take two of the 24 hour ones and it still feels like I'm on nothing.

yikes man thats terrible. 1 claritin has always been good for me.
In no way am I suggesting anything bout your diet or w/e, but I've always tried to be a lot more natural and organic with what I eat. I think that helps a little. The few times I ever have to take any kind of Meds they're always really potent for me.

I usually had year around mild allergies, sometimes leading to bad sinus headaches ....which is why I actually prefer sudafed or sudafed sinus headache to something like claratin...why? because I'd rather take the occasional pill to clear me up, (and 98% of headaches came from sinus problems) rather than take a daily pill to kill the allergies alltogether, as they didn't bother me -that- much. just bothered everyone around me because I have a habit of sniffing up the snot instead of blowing my nose, apparently its gross lolz.

Shame, I can't find sudafed (I took the one you could get off the shelf, so its not like its the narcotic version) but I can't find it here in Sweden, not even by the chemical name. ..plus side is I still have most of what I brought with me last december, Funny thing that, I figured my allergies would be TERRIBLE and here we are and i'm breathing better, I even have a cat now and it was a suspected allergen. (tho i figured not)

you can get allergy shots to help lessen your symptoms . basically you expose yourself to trace ammounts of what youre allergic to and build it up over time until it doesnt bother you. or failing that theres plenty of antihistamine medicines out there. you shouldnt suffer .Fall is my fave time of the year though here in the desert southwest. our fall is like most peoples summer.its not until winter that we get fall weather.

I have allergies. And I have this years flue. How hard does this suck let me count the ways!
