Owww, back hurts... not the bone, but like the muscles on either side, under the ribcage. Really sore, and not tired enough to try to nap it away.
Took an ibuprophen, and rigged up a heating pad with a bathrobe's sash, so I got a cumberbuzzle thing going on or something, and it or the ibu' seems to be doing the trick.

I'll be back to shakin' ma thaaaang soon enough, tho. ^_^
Tomorrow morning (you'll need help for this) find a table that is about waist height. No higher than your tailbone - lower works, higher does not.
Lay backwards over the table - your feet should be planted firmly on the ground and your back straight on the table. Your tailbone should be just off the edge - you may have to bend your knees. Have a partner take either of your hands and SLOWLY pull you up, curving your spine naturally as you do so - do not attempt to do a sit-up, just relax and let them pull you up. Your back muscles and possibly the ones along your ribs might twitch a bit and spasm, but resist the urge to flex.
This will properly realign any muscles along your back. You can also check out a chiropractor in case you have a disk that's causing the muscle problems. :)
I... don't think it was a disk thing. It happened spontaneously, and not after any agressive action or antyhing
