I lost my job this past week. And I didn't get a real reason.

It's sort of upsetting and a little scary. I'm working hard to get a new job, but I'm afraid of not getting one before the first week in October...

And then what will happen to me? To Alastir?

The first thing my dad said to me when I told him? "Have you lost weight?" "Not much...?" "So, I guess the Army isn't an option then." "No...no, it isn't."


So, according to him, that leaves me fat, jobless and seriously close to having things become FUBARed.

But, I'm trying to look on the bright side of things! I'm a hireable, mid-twenties female with drive to make it in any job...despite past failed attempts.

I can do this.


...Right?
