Car Wreck.... and please help out a friend

So yeah Saturday while I was in OKC for military stuff. I got hit by another car while I was turning. The car I was driving is totaled ((it nearly flipped and the rear axel broke)) I'm pretty banged up and my left shoulders pretty much imobile for the time being. other than that though I'm doing fine
