I decided to post the title using both titles for the meme, though I'm well aware one is totally inaccurate. Unless you actually drew your vagina, in which case damn... How'd you get photo reference for that?
So yeah, lots of people getting annoyed over this. Just thought I'd say that my point of view is: I don't think this really belongs on FA, and neither would the male equivalent. I know there's a lot of "militant" women on the site, so just to get them toshut the hell up and get in the kitchen realise I'm not being sexist, or discriminatory, I thought I'd point out that I don't think human genitals BY THEMSELVES IN MEME FORM are really appropriate for the site.
True, I think a lot of stuff that's posted on FA shouldn't be here (Photos of people's cars, pets, etc... Although I admit I favorite them from time to time, as they're not going anywhere) but that's just, like, my opinion, man.
Last time I checked, I was still allowed one of those.
And as a footnote, I'll respect anyone's opinion so long as it's well thought out, well presented and isn't blatently rude or disrespectful. Doesn't mean I agree with you, but (And here's the big thing) I won't feel the need to endlessly argue with you BECAUSE I AM RIGHT AND YOU ARE WRONG AND OH GOD SOMEONE WRONG ON THE INTERNET ARGH THE WORLD WILL END IF I DONT RIGHT THIS INJUSTICE.

I do, however, agree with you that it just doesn't belong here, either form of genitalia meme that is. That's just my opinion on it though.

Do the gays start waves of journals complaining about tits every time somebody draws a boob? No, they just look the other way. The Vulva Meme is getting people worked up for reasons which goes beyond gender or sexual orientation. Hell, if somebody started the Foreskin Meme or the Scrotum Meme or whatever, I'd think it was pretty terrible too.
The worst thing is people trying to attack opponents of the meme by saying it's just "queers pissing and moaning because their steady supply of cock was interrupted" which, yes, would be a very silly reason to oppose the meme. But that's not really why people are up in arms about it, and misrepresenting the opposition like that is childish and insulting.
It's why insulting white, middle class people in England is fine. It's why gay people insulting straight people (beer, tits and football insults spring to mind) outside of the internet is fine. It's why a lot of shit like this really makes me despair for society, as they don't realise they're doing what they hate having done to themselves.
i might just have excruciatingly bad luck though. wouldn't be the first time.
