its okay, im sure you'l get through it. thers always a reason things happen, maybe this will somehow make you two closer or something. its good that your trying to make the best of things.

It's good that you're alive and well. Humidity all right for you down there? ;) I think I get what you mean by it being home without really being "home." I mean, nothing can replace where you grew up, right? I'd say, try going out and explore your new home and get involved in it - find places that you like and make friends with the locals. If there's a local furry group out that way, that might be something to do to break the ice. And hey, you're a semi-big name. I see your work pop up quite a bit, and a lot of furs know you. You'd be a hit! ;) But yeah, that might help you feel less of a foreigner living in a strange land, and it'll definitely be more entertaining than watching boring TV and movies you're not totally into.

Dear you know you can call me anytime... Your right... sacrifices have to be made every now and then and well is this one worth it to you, to have the one you love on yours arms at night? you know all to well i was willing to give up everything for mine. so i know how it feels dear and it will take time to make it truly home for you but you know that kitty loves you to death and he's so happy that your there with him to stay and as soon as i figure out money i will come see you both! but till then dear just roll with life as it comes and no your not a freeloader!
