Well there's always the other Mana games or the ones before Secret. But I have to agree, I think merchandise for it is somewhat rare. I'm amazed about that orchestra piece being done. Looking on their website, they've done quite a few good things, I want their cd now :)

Well, my suggestion would actually be to look in the Japanese market. You would probably have a much better chance of finding something like SNES merchandise :)

I agree with Silverfox. Look in the Japanese market, they're crazy-nutso-fanatic about sci-fi and gaming merchandise, so I know you'll find it somewhere in the Japanese market. J-List has a ton of Japanese stuff (warning, that includes adult material. If you want non-adult only, go to J-Box), other than that I'd suggest browsing Japanese Amazon, though it's all in Nihongo of course (if you have a translator attachment for your browser, you can translate it, though not perfectly).

I've heard that Secret of Mana 2 (Seiken Densetsu 3) is better, though it was never released in the US. It was only released in Japan for the Super Famicon (Japanese 'Super Nintendo' equivalent, which is strange since Nintendo is a Japanese company. :/ ), so if you want to get it you'll have to be willing to shell out around $250 for it. And that's just for the game. The one on Amazon.com comes with an adapter so you can play it on the Super Nintendo, but that's quite a hefty chunk of pocket change for a game by itself.
