Does anyone know what kind of eyeliner to use to actually like make your eyelids all black like this? http://www.emohaircutstyles.com/wp-.....er-330x440.jpg
I've only had the kind where it seems to only want to cover the outside of your eyelids,
I'm talkin about the rim of your eyelids too, which is what I want to cover.
to get it on the inside of your eyelids you have to pull your lid away from the eye and rly rub over and over. not hard, but you have to go over it to make it dark.
when you apply it to you actual lid, i like to apply a lot and spread it around with an eyeshadow applicator. this works well for blending colors also.
I've never done eyeliner on the actual eyelid.
