yeah, it only lets me use a certain number of frames before it goes over the file limit, so I had to cut the frames somewhere.

You could cut the framecount in half if you cut out the part where it's mirrored so it's always facing the 'right way' when it turns around. I'm pretty sure most old-skool games had spinny powerups like that, and it would give you more frames to make it smooth!

...... It's not spinning on a center axis.

Like the post driven vertically through... moves a little each half rotation. When looking straight across image 90/270 degree points.

First glance it's not noticeable. X3 It's freaking win regardless! I just spot weird things.

Yeah, I think the picture is not -exactly- in the center of the image, its about one or two pixels off at one end. In retrospect I could have done spinning animation calculations more effectively (not that I actually calculated anything for this) but it's something to keep in mind to refine it further :P

I whole heartedly approve of this icon. I just hope it doesnt turn into one of those popular 'everyone must get one' kind of avatars.
