Anticipated Game: Poker Night at the Inventory

This is an upcoming PC game by Telltale Games. You know, the guys making those new Sam & Max and Monkey Island games? Yeah, and now they're making a character-based poker-face-reading game. See for yourself: http://store.steampowered.com/app/31280/
I've always loved crossovers, so just seeing Max and the Heavy together sold me on this game (The $5 price tag didn't hurt, either), but I got especially excited after reading this GamePro interview with some of the game's designers: http://www.gamepro.com/article/prev.....the-inventory/ In particular, this part: "It's easy to make the Heavy just say, 'I will murder!' at every turn, and for Tycho to freak out," explains Vanaman.
Rodkin continues, "Right, but then we have Tycho threaten to mail-order in the Heavy's sister as his wife."
"It was important to build those dynamics to make them feel natural," notes Vanaman. "Strong Bad and Tycho, for instance, hate each other -- I don't think they ever agree -- but Tycho and Max get along really well, where the Heavy is wary of Tycho, loves Max, and thinks Strongbad is a tiny Heavy."
Just the description of the character interactions are making me laugh. "The Heavy thinks Strong Bad is a tiny Heavy." SOLD!
Oh, and the best part? "We're hoping that 'At the Inventory' will start to mean something if the space is cool and the game is good." SEQUELS! Seeing Guybrush Threepwood play cards would be a whole lot of funny.
