A thought out answer: Is pretty hard for me because I'm not that materialistic. I'd say something like a colt single action army or a Mauser just because those guns have always appealed to me. Otherwise i would say just gold bars or something of great worth that I could sell to live comfortably.

As for era and which kind: After looking through the wiki on all the different models id have to go with the 1873 US artillery model, but have it engraved. As for why, its because the length of that barrel just seems the "right" length in my eyes. Its not to long but not too short, and I would want it engraved just because it adds more rarity and class to it because I'm prissy like that X3. Would be something id love to twirl or mess with, but at the same time keep clean and well kept as a heirloom of sorts.

I would want a spinning wheel. Time period Im not so sure...(heck I would be happy with a modern day one.) Ive always had a personal interest in spinning and know how to with a drop spindle, but I havent used a wheel since I was 10 years old when I tried it out at the university of waterloo. I think an antique would add a bit more flavour to my work so long as it was well cared for and works flawlessly. If I were to recieve it from someone, it would probably be someone from Queen Elizabeth I 's court, or the queen herself if she spun as well. Mostly to pick up on older techniques of the trade.
