I don't think we've really covered much on how Viridian City itself celebrates Halloween. We've had stories at parties and template pictures, but nothing that seems to describe the activities in-town. ... Call me crazy, but I would love to see Halloween treated as a bigger, more generalized holiday~

What do you guys all think of the idea of it being celebrated as being a huge holiday in Viridian with the entire city up in lights and decoration with celebrations going down? Like some sort of enormous freaking city-wide festival where damn near everybody gets to run around in costume and have fun times. It's an idea that's now embedding itself deeply within my brain... Depending on what others think, maybe I'll try throwing the idea at the PCA admins. Considering it's not a big world changing event, maybe it'll get the o-k.
