dreaming
I had this crazy ass dream, and since it's the first time I've ever seen anything like it, I feel like sharing. (And because if I don't write it down I'll forget about it...I'm here, may as well write it here.)
It started out black, I couldn't see anything. In the dream, my eyes were closed. But I could hear someone apologizing, over and over. It was a deep, apologetic, rumbly voice. He was so sorry sounding, and telling me that everything will be fine, it won't hurt, much, he hoped, and that everything will be fine soon. I felt like trusting him.
The next thing I knew, I had a hard chunk of metal shoved in my opened jaw. I opened my eyes and had this "Oh fuck!" realization; that a) there's a gun in my mouth, and b) holyfuck- it's a white tiger/leopard man. And then hot on the heels of that, c) it's not just him that's not human.
I remember thinking, "Just take out the stupid gun and you can stop apologizing!"
And then his eyes, which were this winter-y colour of blue, just blazed, all glowing and firey. It was really strange. He tilted the gun, and I woke up.
Wtf.

I've dreamed of situations like these before. Usually it has something to do with what I'll eventually experience later in the day/week. Never -exactly- like I dream, but in ways that I can connect certain elements of the dream.
It just sounds like you might have a conflict about a situation, desperately forced upon you that will catch you off guard. From the way you described the other, it doesn't sound like you'll know the person.
Then again I'm no dream analyst expert, but sometimes it's nice to hear other's thoughts.
Your dreams preclude the events happening? That's really neat. And, kinda creepy. Tellmemore?
...Me? Conflict? Neevvvver. lol I'm sure you've noticed by now I'm /always/ in a conflict.
I do enjoy hearing others' thoughts, and another person's insight is always fascinating to me. I'm glad you commented. :) Thank you.
One of the kids snuck out of my attention and got himself hurt. Sprained his ankle. This happened when they all pestered me and wanted to play video games with me. I woke up shortly after when I heard the doorbell ring, went to answer it with the kids, and when I opened the door there was a bright flash of light, I woke up.
Later in the week, I was with my friends. We were all playing Halo after they bugged me to play with them. I was sitting around drawing at the time. They finally coerced me and we played. They acted like children. One of my friends had to take a phonecall, but we didn't notice him leaving. He came back hobbling because he had sprained his ankle walking around outside in the dark, stepped into a gopher hole on accident.
When we left that night, we opened the door and someone had shot off some fireworks in the yard nearby. One of the huge ones you buy out of state at a highway warehouse type deal, not one of the cheap bottlerockets.
Had strangest deja-vu flashes during the night.
It doesn't happen regularly, usually my dreams are vivid and imaginative scenarios that have -some- correlation between what I was experiencing prior in the day before I slept, or some random happenstance that plays off of my overactive imagination.
And honestly, I never knew you were always in a conflict. I never assume. When I do it just makes me look like a jackass. :p
And not a problem! I love hearing about other's dreams considering I dream more than 25 times a month. x_x
Really? You look like a jackass? :O I'm amazed, you seem too zen for that. Or something...
More than 25 times a month? Like, every night? >.>
Yeah, a few of the locals, when it comes down to it, they're all a buncha kids sometimes when we hang out, and I say that with no disrespect to them. :p
But thank you, sometimes they're just over-imaginative results of my brain, and have no meaning, though other times they do scare me to their secretive correlation to events that happen when I wake.
Haha, well, to assume and then to be called out on it, makes anyone look like a jackass, really. Especially when you walk up to someone and talk like you have your head stuck up your ass, like you know what you're saying, but have someone completely disregard what you've said and make you look the fool.
