I've been swamped at work, cleaning up and clearing out. For those who don't know, I have lost my job, which I'm both happy and sad about. BUT. I will have plenty of time and need for work now, so art will be a much bigger part of my life. I've needed this, now I can take some time for my own life, which I honestly haven't had time for in a couple years. I feel completely burnt out with work. I'll be going on unemployment and trying to take a couple semesters of classes towards my BA. I'll be working on my personal business and art and trying my best to improve. I'm trying to create a small portfolio for FurFright, which I will still be attending as a dealer, as well as Transcending Boundaries (The Transcending Boundaries Conference is a lively weekend of education, social activism, research, and support for persons whose sexual orientation, sexuality, gender identity, sex, or relationship style do not fit within the binary confines of male or female, gay or straight, monogamous or single.) in November. Life is going to be hectic, crazy, and full of things I want to be in it. I need this, and I'm happy it's happening whether I want it to or not.
