Just tracking my progress

Started going to gym with a trainer a little over a month ago and just tracking my progress here so far, will be updating monthly for myself.
August 18th
Weight = 173.4 lbs
Body Fat % = 25.8%
October 1st
Weight = 174.2 lbs
Body Fat % = 21.8%
Down 4% body fat

Way to go Dawg! I lost about 80 lbs to qualify for the police department, but you're doing even better than I was in terms of body fat percentage. Keep it up and you'll see results in no time!
