Okay, so inspiration has hit me in a fairly odd way and I think that I will be offering custom physical sprite based badges in the immediate future. I tossed up the idea a while back about doing custom leather badges and lo-and-behold suddenly there were a bunch of others doing exactly that. So I'm moving onto a new area, and with any hope people might even like what I come up with.

I'm going to offer a handful of these at an introductory rate of $25-$30. Now these will be fairly large, but I'm willing to give this a shot, and for what I feel is a decent rate. Examples to come and will be listed here shortly.
