The back of the bottle reads:

"Ginger beer is a great New Zealand tradition. Unfortunately that tradition frequently involves something that comes in large fizzy drink bottles and has a propensity to explode because your Auntie used too much sugar. Macs ginger beer on the other hand is crafted to perfection with the ideal balance between sweetness and spiciness. On a hot summer's day, it's more refreshing than a trip down the waiwera water slide."

Then it says:
Ingredients: Carbonated water, Sugar, Natural ginger flavours, Citric acid.

I know you don't care.
