I just figured out why my SL account was locked. Turns out lastime I bought some $L LL gave it to me, but my Paypal came up short. So I just needa pay them the monies and I'll get it back.
But I went to my Paypal account and I have a negative balance... >.>
Does this mean when I add funds to it it'll go back to $0 and thoses monies will go to LL? >.>

What it means Bro is that you need to bring your account back up to $0 then add in the extra that you owe LL....

Good to know you found out what the problem is and I hope you can get the money you need to pay now. I can't say anything about PayPal as I just don't use it.
