well there is a few problems with my computer right now like my start menu at the bottom keeps crashing and the sound for videos and games keep not working and programs have been crashing like msn and firefox

Sounds like your using windows XP.

Have you installed a new program when all this started?

Do you know how to do a restore point and roll your puter back to a date before the problems?

Do you have a anti virus program?

well i got rid on on thing causing some of the problems now i think once i get and acually good anti virus

This will find anything that has been missed by the other program.

download.com would not do that. any program on the site has been checked out.

hijackthis is a scanning program to remove unwanted reg files, but it's good not to unless you know what you're doing. Ccleaner cleans out the temp files, cookies, and cleans bad reg files

lol. It is actually pretty inexpensive within the country, but your international from the USA so that would probably cost a pretty penny XD. I do have a guarantee that any computer will be faster than new when they have me fix it up, or else the repair is free. Now, cause your in this fandom, its free regardless, but yeah XD
