Oh yes. I didn't have any room to decorate when I was living in Pittsburgh...my roomie was already there for almost two years, and everything was already set up, except my bed and clothes.

Its gonna be so much fun.

Hmm...I don't see how it'd hurt to do it every six months, you know, just in case something comes up so we wouldn't have to wait as long if one of us did need to move or something. I think the shorter time period the better at this point, since we aren't planning on staying there forevers.

Yea, the only thing my mom said is if we only get it for six months, and when we want to renew it the rent has gone up - we have to pay that new rent. Whereas when you're on a lease, you're frozen at a certain rent.

Hmmm.....does rent go up often?

I mean...if it goes up and you can't afford a larger share, I wouldn't mind paying some more. But thats just me. I'd rather spend more money than to move back in with my mom.

My mom said it'd only be like 5 or 10 bucks more
