Week #1's graph of calorie balance and averages and stuff.
3 pounds lost. BF 22%.
I'm a very square guy. H27", N15", C38", G38-40", W34.5", B38", T21".
I was actually in a ~2500 calorie deficit for the 3 days I was in the mountains, despite all the junk food and snackages that abounded on Saturday for the gaming session. I also did a lot of hiking, which helped. Sunday was flat, but I'm 2 for 2 working out this work-week. So that's good. If I can make it 5-for-5 every week from here on out, and behave myself on the weekends, I think I'll be in good shape in no time.
However, Friday night is the bi-monthly beer tasting at my house. Hrm. And beer has no nutrition guide on the side. Uhoh.
