Bunny and I have been battling some kind of infection / chest cold for the past two - three weeks. All the rain we had, and Rachael going to kindergarden, she may have brought home a bug or something.

Rachael was sick first, but was better after 2 days. I had a cough and sneeze fest for a week, and better overall, but Bunny has suffered over 2 solid weeks of stuffed head and bad congestion and pain.

After trying nose and cold remedies, things got bad last night when her sinuses closed up on her almost completely, and the nose sprays were not helping any, and she was unable to sleep at all. We even tried the medicated nose strips with menthol, but it had no effect.

So after Rachael goes off to school, i'm taking bunny to her health doc, located at a local hospital. Not the one that's closest one to us, but one that accepts the state issued insurance.

It's not quite 911 emergency yet, but I am quite worried.
