Its a regional burn of burningman, there are a few you might be able to find one were you live, there are plenty of crazy hippies like me that are also furries. Including a guy Djing awesome rave junk in a fluffy chicken suit, and a glowing raver cow suit.

Really? I'd never heard of that before. I'll check into it, though I feel like I would have heard of any near here. I'm only a day or two drive from the regular one though. I've just never gone. (I know...I should!)

I'd probably give it a try, but it won't be possible this year anyway. I just finished a 9 day vacation, back to work for four, and off for another four to visit my sister and dad on LA. I have to report back for work the day it starts. :( Thanks for looking it up for me though. Maybe next year...or maybe the Nevada one.....who knows? Right now I'm all jazzed cause I'm going to FC in January!! My first con and I'm gonna get to meet Lauren!! That will be soooooo cool!!

The desert is too big to do alone, need to belong to a camp to survive. Lauren is a awesome furry a little swamped by fans at times. Great at the masquerade things though. Good luck. *hugs*

That's a handy site there!! And......Hah! It says there's one in Monterey on December 4th! I can drive there in maybe 2 1/2 hours!! and I know the area along there very well. Know where to camp free and all sorts of good stuff. I will definitely check this one out!
