Life has been tough lately. Lost my job, lost my best friend, and moved, all in the past month. I am lucky to have amazingly supportive friends that are helping me get back on my feet, but I feel the loss of my friendship with my bestie pretty keenly. I haven't wanted to post anything, because frankly it sounds like whining, and wanting attention.

I wonder what I could have done to make things better when I left, but realize that I'd be screwed no matter what, financially or emotionally, in the end.

...but hey, I have some really amazing people in my life now and even though everything about my life has changed, I can learn something from this. So, bring it on.
