Hello all!
-I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
-I will NOT make items with a rating of PG 13 or higher.
-When requesting a tail, hat, or other item, please include what species, and a reference image of your character if possible. Image should have a front and side view, back can be useful as well.
-For items OVER $30 in the continental US. A non-refundable payment of at least $25 is required before I start. The rest of the payment is not required until you have the image of your final product. However, the full payment is a must before your item is shipped to you.
-For items UNDER $30, in the continental US. A non-refundable payment of half the price is required before I start. The rest of the payment is not required until you have the image of your final product. However, the full payment is a must before your item is shipped to you.
-Down payment of half the total price for items shipped outside of the continental US is required, no matter the price.
-First payment MUST be made within five business days of agreed price, approved design, and Paypal address given. Failure to do so will lose your queue spot unless specifically told differently in writing by me.
-All repairs are free. HOWEVER! I require that if a repair is to be made, you pay shipping to get the item TO me, and I will pay to ship it BACK to you.
-All items are covered under the repair plan for one year. Warranty is voided if product is modified. Warranty is also voided if repaired by anyone other than myself (unless given written permission.)
-Items for repair MUST have picture evidence of repair before shipping. If you need a repair, contact me BEFORE sending.
-All items to be repaired MUST be washed following my directions before shipping to me, unless otherwise stated in writing.
-All packages will be handled by the US post office. I will NOT ship FedEx or other outside shipping companies. This keeps the cost down.
-Items needed in under a moth (four [4] weeks) are subject to a “rush” fee of $30. Fee may be waved depending on amount of people in the queue before you.
-Items such as footpaws require you to provide me with a duck tape dummy of both of your feet.
-Items such as hand paws or gloves require you to trace your hand “turkey style”(fingers spread) onto a piece of paper, cardstock, or card board, and mail it to me for proper size.
-Full payment of item must be received before item is in the mail to you. You will receive pictures of your item before final payment is required.
-Payments will be accepted in paypal ONLY.
-PLEASE give me a list of ANY and ALL allergies. This is for your own safety when I am creating your items.
