My World of Warcraft account got hacked

....which was a little surprising, considering I don't actually have a WoW account :P
Silly email scam spam.
But srsly, I can see this being a pretty effective scam. It was cleverly disguised as an automatic email notification of changes to your WoW account with a link to follow if you did not authorize the changes. I know how defensive WoW players tend to be about their accounts, and I can see them going into a panic and not thinking clearly enough to see that the domain they just entered is not owned by Blizzard.
So if you play WoW, be alert.

Considering my WoW account is inactive right now I could care less if it did get hacked but I appreciate the heads up.
course that almost made me miss my beta code but still X3
i almost fell for it, but nowadays, i just screw with em and give them false info XD
I was kinda confused because my accounts lain fallow for a little over a year now.
