Fate is an interesting thing. No matter how hard you try to fight it you just can't win, in the end we all die.
An aquaintance asked me to define the difference of Fate and Destiny. I didn't have an answer at the time but on much thought and contemplation I came to this idea.
Fate is when and where you will die.
Destiny is who and what you will become before you die. It is how we choose to live that determines this. This is why we live.
It is funny. We are told that we must be good to eachother, be kind to all living things, and in the end we will be better people. Ironically, these teaching are coupled by the sayings "Nice guys finish last" and "No good deed goes unpunished".
I personally have chosen to follow the teachings but the more good I do the less I receive in return. I am trying to be altruistic but by doing that I get taken advantage of. By being kind to others, I get hurt. By caring, I stay single.
Perhaps this is it. My pinicle. The very best I am going to have. Perhaps Destiny has shaped me to stay single and walk a path with I will never find companionship, sincerity, or love.
I can understand why I am single, no one wants to be with a 25 white male. I mena when you think of it the hardest to be in society today is the white male. Affirmative action pushes minorities and women before whtie men. It is considered racist to have a white college fund but it is ok to have the NAACP (national alliance for the adancement of colored people) and the UNCF (United Negro College Fund), But to have an orginization geared to the advancement of white men is racist. Am I the only one who sees the hypocracy here? Am I the only one who says this is lunacy?
Every race is advanced while the white man is push to the side and kicked like it was a dog. Women downtalk White men saying that the only good man is a man who has a big dick and a bigger wallet.
Now I know everyone who reads this is saying he is a racist, he is sexist, he is an idiot, he is only saying that because is has a small dick. I am not stupid and I know human nature better than most think. I am not special in any way, I am not strong, I am not the best looking, but I do have a good heart and the iron will of a bull, just in today's world women look at all that and find nothing. Women see me washing dishes and think less of me; no matter how hard I work. I boils down to who has the most cash.
If only they knew about my family and what they do. If only they knew why I smile when I work. If only they knew who I am.
Why is it that today everything has to be superficial? Divorcce rates are at an all time high. Technology has made people impatient. No one wants to work at anything anymore. If it doesn't have a button, boop, beep whirl or have shiny lights people don't want to have anything to do with it.
If I told anyone I was the son of the VP of a Security company and brother the president of that company people would laugh in my face in disbelief. And for the record I have had with that situation before, only to prove that I don't bullshit.
Look around you, look into people's eyes for once, see how sad they are. Their dull sullen eyes. That dead stare proclaiming their own worthlessness. Watch them walk... Strike that you's have to look in the mirror first.
We are our own worst enemy. Sadly it is the one adversary we are afraid of, or too ignorant to even open our eyes to see that our shortcomings are destroying us one day at a time.
Most probably don't believe but the Bible states that in the end the four horsemen will ride. Death, Disease, Famine, and War. Well look at the Fucking world now and tell me that the end times are not upon us.
If you can't see the writing on the wall then fine, die in your own meek existance. ME? I am going to fight it out until the end trying to make this place just a little better before we destroy it.

These days people are concerned by new kind of problems, but those who live in welfare countries are fat and healthy and their houses are warm. I personally think that if a person can afford to spend time surfing in the internet, he or she belongs to a group of very fortunate people and should have little to complain about. Instead of worrying about our petty personal problems we ought to think globally, consider the amount of riches we've plundered from the third world and start putting things right. There are plenty of things we could do to improve our life on this planet.
Uh, I'm getting carried away again, enjoying my daily dosage of history, environmentalism and so on. Sorry 'bout that. I didn't even realize that I was starting to ramble on. ^_^;;
But explain me something... Why would people laugh in disbelief if you told someone that you're the son of the VP of a security company and so on? I'm not exactly the most striking or well-dressed person myself, but no one thinks it's weird when I tell them that my dad is the head warden of a new state prison and that he works in the Ministry of Justice.
I guess this must be a culture-related thing of some sort?
