about the macbook - while it's been fucking up my backup drive every time, disk warrior fixed that. Backing up is going slow but the point is it's happening, currently rescuing my disconcertingly large collection of furry art XD after that is libraries and other files scattered around, then I can either wait to try disk warrior off a cd, or I can just format and reinstall (after of course confirming all those months worth of adium and skype chats survived ._.)

better news is it's working again o.o there were 3 files overlapped and the OS didn't know what the fuck to do with itself while 3 things occupied the same space o.o XD
