Sorry people (I'm not ranting)
I had to take down that "Prince Karu Vector" drawing 'cause the artist who drew this: http://dj-mewmew.deviantart.com/art.....Blue-178225110 asked me to take it down saying I -edited- it.
So I deleted it. But I wanna prove her I didn't edit it, just so it doesn't look like I just wanna copy other people's drawings.
After all... Let's think about it... If you take someone's drawing and edit it without their permission...
It's your fault and you'll have to deal with consequences... But what if you re-draw something? Like you take your time to start from scratch till it turns out to look like the real thing?
I'm not ranting or anything... Plus, I'm sick... I'm just confused. Did I really do something wrong? If so, I'm sorry. And then I'll take down everything that could be called "Art Edition" in my gallery 'cause I don't want to go through this again.

todas as pessoas copiam seus artistas favoritos, mais chega ao ponto de fazerem do seu jeito, oras akira toriama amava os desenhos da disney, a warner bros era uma copia da disney no entanto cada um criou seu estilo proprio.
Honestly though, don't stress over this, it happens all the time, some people are cool with it, some are just not :p
then you shouldn't have to delete it
and unless you trace/edit/steal/whatever something from someone, they can't get you take it down
because you can't copyright styles
However, it does get a bit tricky... I don't want to into it right now.
While I can see where you're coming from, it's pretty much the same deal as re-painting the Mona Lisa. It may not be not theft, but it IS forgery, which is still illegal. Of course, I don't think legality quite enters into the equation here. Although... once it's online, it's technically considered a published piece, so... It might, actually.
To draw inspiration from something is perfectly okay, but you have to take it, and change it, and make it your own.
Now, if you only drew something similar, that's completely different. I guess I'd have to see an original copy of what you drew to judge. If you still have the file on the computer somewhere, want to send me a copy?
However, better safe than sorry. It might irk you to have to delete something you worked on, but it's better than getting slapped with a ban or something.
Hope this helped clear matters up <3
