Finally Some Respect

•*¨*•¸¸¸.•*¨*•☆ •*¨*•¸¸¸.•*¨*•☆•*¨*•¸¸¸.•*¨*•☆•*¨*•.¸¸¸.•*¨*•☆ So I noticed that after I was promoted I have been treated like I was in my same position, and it really didn't bother me because I know I am not as seasoned as the other managers, but I still did not like being talked to as if I was at the same level as the other front desk staff.
Well I finally am being treated like a manager. Now when the GM talks to the managers she includes me now, and people are starting to come to me to ask what they should do.
I feel very respected and kind of proud at my job
