Help on buying new computer tower.

Thats it. I'm tired of this thing, I upgrade to vista over a few months ago, and everything is just falling apoart..AGAIN. So, any one here bought any good, but cheap, computer towers latly? Preferably Dell.
And I've been lead to believe that "upgrading to vista" is an oxymoron.
My computer isn't even that bad, he's got like 645 gigs of memory and 5 gigs of Ram and it has Vista 64. I think the graphics card is just fucked up.
