Indeedy, unbiased critiques are needed in some art :)

Keep in mind the reason for the target audience, though, but agreed, certain artists, much like myself, can improve with criticisms.

much approve of what your doing, a lot of the time when im after crits, i just dont get them, i see that with a lot of artists, everyone has room to improve too :3

Thank you. Its always nice to see someone who wants to improve. For the most part, all of the artists I have commented on have ended up saying that they dont really care about what I think because its just how their style is, or something to that extent.

I felt I had reached enough level to do comics and whatnot, so I was personally happy, it was only when I started listening to comments of people that I can say I truly grew up from my mistakes, and from my early artistic days I learned to try and follow the advice of experienced artists, wich I can trully see you are, if not, at least you're a damn nice art apreciator X3

One day you'll grow to be a great artist, simply because youre happy to take advice and improve. +watch for you.

Dont be afraid to ask for help if you get stuck. Sometimes, you stare at a painting too long, and you forget how you wanted it to look, and you stop noticing mistakes and flaws.

You sir, are my hero. I'm going to make sure to come to you when I need crits on something (its not often but when I want them I want them thorough). For now I shall just take pleasure in reading your comments and knowing there is someone out there who KNOWS how to critique without shame.

I came here after seeing people getting upset that you critiqued someone, calling your comment rude etc when it was a really well thought out and lovely critique.
