This is the 4th day off I've had all month and I'm Totally not complaining, but it's crunch time for my Halloween costume. I got up before 8am on an off day because I'm crazy I guess, and bleached the fuck out of a rabbit skin I had around. I pulled most of the fur off after basically chemical burning it off in the bath tub with the fans on and then ran water over it, had breakfast, rinsed it then hung it up to dry.
It's too damn cold to open a window, unfortunately, so the house smells vaguely like bleach.
While making breakfast I accidently spilled some of it on the burner that was cooling, eww, burnt vanilla soy milk does not smell good.

I went to the leather store, bought some more rabbit furs, and then bought a little bit of faberic (half a yard) from Jo-Ann's.

I'm planning to have my costume mostly done tonight because this is my last day off until next month, including Halloween night.
Too bad it's too windy to spray paint outside today, so it will have to wait, which is seriously pushing it.

I'm also going to be selling all my old hand-made masks locally on Craigslist today for some extra cash.
