Ten Things I Want to Say to Ten Different People Right Now
1. To my mother: Sometimes, I know you're just trying to help me, but it really hurts. I sometimes you really hurt my feelings. You're very condescending and although I may have deserved that at one point in my life, I feel that, at this point, I'm just trying to get back to normalcy, and I'm doing the best I can. Can you please try to understand that?
2. To my mate: I love you, but I have the same insecurities you do. Could you maybe get off my dick and help me through this, rather than grating on my nerves?
3. To God: You're a sick fuck. Seriously.
4. To my best friend: I fucking miss you. Could you stop being boy crazy and remember that I exist and I need you more than I've ever needed you right now?
5. To my mate's mother: Will you just TELL me outright if you like me or not?!? I'm sick of all this damn guesswork.
6. To certain men right now: Will you just leave me the fuck alone? Can you try to understand that I'm not yours, nor are you my problem, and therefore just buzz off?
7. To my ex: I'm sorry. I was unfair, but I just can't love you anymore. Time spent with you makes me physically ill. I can trust you and you're completely unattractive to me. I'm sorry it took me three years to figure that out.
8. To my old choir director: What you did ruined my life. I still can't believe that I'm a valuable, talented person any more. You've made me completely question what I want to do with my life and you ripped away from me the chance to go to college this year. I hope you die in a fiery accident.
