Fall has Fallen

Fall has finally arrived and there's quite a chill in the air. Got some pictures of fall leaves, but not nealy as many as I could have hoped for. Now everything is dead and snow is just around the corner.
The last few days have been espically cold as we had a nasty little Alberta clipper cut in. It was the non-tropical hurricane. Weather in the high 30's and low 40's with 50-70mph winds for two days. Yeah... it wasn't fun. They shut down the Airport with only planes that needed to land in an emergency and no departures because of this extreme windstorm.
It's warmed back up into the 50's but I have no clue for how long. I really need to get out and do some nature photography or landscape photography while I still can; perhaps tomorrow before my evening plans.
Halloween I might be going to a LAN party, which should be fun. I won't get details if that is still happening till Sat however. I still need to carve that pumpkin.... I'm not all that great at pumpkin carving but its something to do. And you get to bake the seeds for a crunchy treat.
Midwest Furfest happens in just under a month. I've got most of my preparations in order... I think. Gaming is on track for the most part, but I have a few loose ends to tie up for the track before the convention this year. We are having an open Video Game room for the first time in the convention's history. New gaming track+ new hotel= yeah its a big year for us :).
