So after a few days of gorging myself on some DELICIOUS homemade chicken noodle soup, it's time that I start working on my diet. I'm munching on some celery as a late night snack. Starting tomorrow, no more fried foods, and all my liquid intake will be water (save for one glass of milk with dinner each night). I'm not sure how well it's gonna go to go considering I work at Burgerking and am around fried food and soda ALL day... But I'm DAMN well gonna try! At the very least, I'll keep it up for a few weeks and lose about 5-10 lbs hopefully ^_^

Good luck! Never been too good at dieting myself, I found the most effective thing for me is just cutting back my portions (which is still difficult to do -.-')
Cardio is your friend! The best two kinds (IMO) are swimming and biking (running & jogging are murder on your leg joins, and walking is to slow. Plus, walking and running uses the same amount of energy to go the same distance, but running wears you out a LOT faster).
