COMMISSIONERS: PLEASE READ!

UPDATE 10/30: I have been dicked around by Paypal for the LAST TIME. I will be closing my Paypal account after my money transfers to my bank account. I need those of you who are waiting to pay me to contact me ASAP so we can figure out what to do.
So you understand, Paypal is now telling me that they want to make all of my incoming payments pend for 21 days before I can access the money. If the person sending money confirms receipt of the product (which they'd have to do before receiving it so I can confirm that I have access to the money), I still have to wait 3 days before I have access to the money. For my own financial safety, I am NOT going to put up with this. There is NO RETURNING ART. If Paypal understood this, maybe we would be on better terms.

It seems like they could work SOMETHING out, though, without making artists wait damn near a month to get the money. Maybe something like an escrow service, where paypal confirms that the money is there but the artist can't get to it until the commissioner confirms that they got the art? I dunno. It just seems like there HAS to be a better way to address the issue then what they're doing.
