CAST IN THE NAME OF GOD
Youmacon was flippin' awesome.
since I rarely treat anyone to the stories i have from cons,
bare with me if its lacking detail.
On the first day, it was HECTIC. My friends and I drove around for a good 20 mins trying to find the right lot. (I prolly broke a few laws...but SHHHH) We eventually found the lot, and made our way into the heart of the storm. At first, we didnt even know if we were in the right place, no one was there (on the ground floor). but as soon as we found another con goer, we knew we were on the right track.
We made it up to the third floor and found a huge line of people. bout a hundred or so long. THAT, was the preregistration line. That was the line I needed to be in. Because, Lucky me, I got to pre reg thanks to you fine commissioners. So I waited in line with a friend, and got my badge. first thing I did was head up to the table top gaming room. (to play a lil' yu-gi-oh. BUT I couldn't find it so I went and got something to eat until the gaming room was open. I spent most of the first night there. (didn't have a room to be in at the time.) I eventually stayed in the registration line area (this was at 3-4am I think) and dueled a couple people after I got bored with the game room for that night. and that was thursday. too lazy to write about the other days, but they were lawsoooome.
