i cant remember how i found your story, i honestly do not read anything on fa other then journals and submission info, i think i had seen it on the front page? and i thought, huh, lets try something new. i read it and was blown away, i think it was halfway through i read, so i went to the start to read from the beginning, i think i read a total of two stories on fa, i really enjoy this one.
to tell the truth, i was really shy XD i dont really read these things, but i enjoyed it so much i kept going.

I found it from Fortuna as well, but i started at the one that was linked in that dinner scene, looking down at the bottom after and found out that it was a series, and i was hooked~

Maybe I should only warn about it in chapters that have obvious spoilers since at least two people have started in the middle and didn't seem to have a problem with it.

Clearly though I don't make a big enough point about it being a series in the text or more people would notice I think. Would you have gotten into it if you had found the first chapter instead? (Hmm, going to add that to my questions in the journal entry)

I would have, yes, but I might not have found it that way; i typically look for art, not stories, so assisting the stories with art has aided you greatly in that regard.

The chapter that i read first was the dinner chapter, and it raised questions that made me want to read it from the start, some of which i wouldn't have had had i started at the beginning though. Things like "Who is this dragon, why does he have the slaves, how did he obtain them, are the stallions his too?" granted some of this was answered as I read. As i went back and the questions were answered, it was 'How is it going to get to this point?'

I'm not really big on skipping through a chapter that's staring me in the face to jump back to another one even if i had noticed, unless there's a way to go back to the others at the top, and that's a deal with FA formatting, not your text.

I was really engrossed with the second chapter though, i -loved- the whole tentacle pod event, it was really entertaining. *leans against and nuzzles.*

I think it was the tentacle scene with the plant, but I'm not sure.

I was bored and I stumbled on it accidently. Forget exactly where. But it kinda pulled me in from there. From Chapter 1 onward.

I read the first chapter at Yiffstar, then found the others here. I read as far as you had in order, up to chapter 11, I think. Now I have to go back and re-read those chapters and continue to the newest one. You know, just to torture myself, not because unicorn mares in bondage are at all super-hawt or anything.

I stopped updating my stories on yiffstar when they did the changeover to sofurry and it was so broken I couldn't get anything to work and gave up until they fixed it. Now I'm finally getting around to catching it up.

I'd never be so crude to suggest that poor mares in bondage was titillating. That would make me a bad dragon.

i found chapter 14 when it was first posted here first read it and then went back the ch 1 to the others to catch up.... adding the watch to stay current

Chapter 14.. Rickie's introduction. Thats a good one to start, yeah... self contained mostly, takes place before chapter 1 so no spoilers even.

Makes me wonder if I should note stand alones that can be read first like that in my index journal.. if anyone ever reads that thing. It seems that most people find the stories using searches or browsing new submissions.

Well I went on a flight and had found a few of :guardian-hawk:stories to read I liked them so when I landed I went looking for some more. While I was looking I found your stories and I think I found the second or third story. I didn't even bother to finish the first paragraph. I realized it would be a good read and went looking for chapter 1. after I literally read like 8 chapter my husband came home and I told him about the stories to lol

I started reading from chapter 1 back in November of last year after some very enjoyable conversation with you here :) I was hooked by your writing style even before reading that first chapter, then once I read it, I found myself craving more, always wondering what was going to happen next. You have never disappointed, and have many times inspired my dreams or drawings, including a few I still need to post up yet, but have to clean them up a bit first(as in lines, not the subject matter)

I know I found it when I did a search for some key word.. I THINK it was Dragon. I've said so before that it's not my normal reading type, but your writing style is so captivating that once I started I had to read them all. And still do! You do a fabulous job of telling a story and I hope that the chapters just keep going and going. I look forward to each new one! Well, I think i came onto it after searching by keywords, but one of fortunas submissions inspired me to actually begin reading.

I think I get about half my readers from commissioned pictures. Even more reason to spend money like a drunken salor!

I can't remember how I found you. It might have been a comment you left somewhere that piqued my curiosity, or chapter 1 was in someone's favorites...

Anyway, when I started you only had a couple chapters posted and I started from chapter 1. I'm a bit of a completionist and possibly a tad OCD; I don't like starting things from the middle and I whenever I read a series I have to read them all in order. The beginning is the beginning; to start elsewhere is anathema to me.
