October was an unexpected butt-rush of stuff I had to get done. Most of my family was born in October (I only remembered 2 of them before...)
A friend of my father's moved out, and left behind a bunch of...well, garbage mostly... Half a ton at least. I had to help out because up and down stairs is a little beyond my poor father's abilities more than just a couple times.
And then there was Halloween and all the crafting and stuff that comes with it...
